This notice explains how Guglielmo S.r.l. processes personal data of users visiting: https://guglielmo.biz, https://lumenplatform.com, https://wi-thing.com.
It does not apply to third-party websites linked from these websites, nor to processing activities related to specific service delivery (e.g., LUMEN, WiThing, IcePro), which have dedicated notices.

Legal basis of processing
Processing is based on legitimate interest (for navigation data and cookies), pre-contractual measures requested by users, and/or user consent provided through contact forms.
Categories of processed data
Navigation data: IP addresses or domain names, requested URI/URL, request time, method, response file size, status code, and other technical parameters.
Navigation data is shared with Plausible Analytics for statistical analysis on aggregated or anonymized data to assess website performance, traffic, usability, and interest.
Data voluntarily provided by users: emails, private social media messages (where available), and forms submitted through company websites.
Cookies and tracking systems
Cookies are small text fragments that allow the web server to store information in the user's browser (session or persistent cookies).
Guglielmo uses technical cookies for service features, such as password storage when voluntarily enabled by the user.

Processing methods, location, disclosure, and retention
Data is processed with electronic tools and software platforms designed to ensure security and confidentiality, with controlled and traceable access by authorized personnel.
Processing may also be carried out by third parties providing technical, administrative, or instrumental services.
Processing takes place at company premises, in a separate data center, and on cloud services managed by a third-party provider (Plausible Analytics).
Guglielmo S.r.l. does not disclose personal data to third parties except where permitted and regulated by law.
Navigation data is stored by Plausible Analytics for 24 hours; Guglielmo stores technical maintenance logs for 30 days. Data voluntarily submitted (e.g., CVs) is deleted after 2 years.
Data subject rights
Under GDPR (Articles 15-22), data subjects may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection free of charge.
